UMA is a decentralized financial contracts platform where Hart leads a team of financial contract and oracle design researchers. He is also a co-founder and the CEO of Risk Labs, the entity behind the UMA protocol. Prior to this, Hart served as the CEO of Openfolio, a personal finance tracking platform he co-founded in 2013. He also worked for Goldman Sachs, where he provided liquidity in U.S. Treasuries for a diverse range of clients, including central banks, money managers and hedge funds.
